Our Blessing Home Healthcare Agency is establishing for care of the people, not only those who working for us as a caregivers, who do work for those agencies and has a good experience, but what we do, we do training for a specific training for individual who need those trainings.

For example, if the person has a diabetes, we need to train our caregivers how to take care of clients who has a diabetic and how to remind them to take the medication on time and how to measure their blood sugar all the time to remind them.

That’s the kind of training we give them, our caregiver, is to train for a specific person for a specific reason, for like Alzheimer’s.

Two major things that we factor in when we hire the caregivers, one is a wanting. If a caregiver wanting to take care clients in their home, living their homes. Secondly is empathy. Caregiver has to have empathy. Same scenario. If they have to put their shoes like the clients, if they were clients, how would they prepare to take care of them?

So they have to realize that facts. Unless they realize that facts, we don’t want to want to hire that kind of that caregivers. Or if we hire them, we train them. We explain them.

We expand the training from scratch, from everything that the clients need. So unless they understand, we don’t let them go to the client’s homes.
